Carl Daikeler Special 1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology 1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste) 1 banana 1 cup ice 8 oz. water Posted in Fitness and tagged ninja mixer, shakeology ← I’m ready for a changeShakeology Day Two → 2 Comments Loren Nason on June 27, 2013 at 9:48 pm This looks interesting .. how did you find this stuff? To make morning shakes easier pre-prep it the night before. Put all ingredients in blender then just blend in the morning. Reply Corey on June 28, 2013 at 12:18 am Hi bro! Good luck… my advice after loosing 60lbs in one year (Coen…was worth every pound) on route as well to do it again, been on my diet again 2 weeks and counting. Low calorie (1300 for me, you could do more like 1600) High protein (lean meat, fish (salmon and tuna), protein shakes, eggs) I use premier protein shakes from costco or sams chocolate is great and vanilla is good, I add instant coffee to the vanilla with ice and it is really really good. Chocolate is good on the go. I have the http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006RVT0M0 (Gordon Ramsay personal blender- bought it at kmart for about $25) My weight loss doc said rule of thumb with protein shakes 15g of protein per 1g of sugar and the premier shakes follow that. 30g of pro to 2g of sugar. If I am out someplace and need a shake I will drink muscle milk, its good but usually has a bit more sugar. Eggs—- a whole egg is 70 cal just the white is 17 cal easy egg salad- 2(ish) whole eggs 5(ish) egg whites just enough mayo to hold together and a bit of cheese…yummm, I try to get 3 shakes in a day- 8am-shake 10am-shake 12-1pm ish either shake or lunch meat and cheese 3-4pm-shake then dinner about 500-700 cal I could go on and on (try not to eat late & drink WATER WATER WATER)-diet soda help my sweet cravings Good luck bro- Reply Leave a Comment Name (required) Email (will not be published) (required) Website Comment Click here to cancel reply.
