How hard is it to steal an “unstealable car”?

Wired 14.08 has an article about how cars are stolen even with transponder antitheft systems, transponder immobil-izers, pass keys, and smart keys. Every day people have their cars stolen and some insurance companies aren’t paying out claims dues to these transponder devices that claim the car cant be stolen.
