Friday after work I went and had my RMR (rested metabolic rate) tested at my 24 Hour Fitness. I woke up at 5:45am this morning. Typically I wake up at 7-7:15 to get ready by 7:45 to get to work by 8ish. I was rushed every morning and I’m glad for this change. So 5:45..
